I like the look of UebiMaiu but the RoundCube interface is lovely. I have found one problem with it though. It doesn’t – last time I checked – work when PHP is run as a CGI . I had a play with the code underneath but didn?t quite get it working. I’m sure at some point this will be sorted.

As for a WYSIWYG editor, It might be worth having a look at the Dojo Toolkit. Specifically the rich text editing capabilities.

I’ve been searching for a decent webmail client for a while.
RoundCube looks good.

However I wanted my users to be able to send HTML emails using a WYSIWYG editor. And I found UebiMaiu which is pretty nice and is well worth checking out. (the WYSIWYG editor only works in IE/Win)

I have never been satisfied by any webmail system I’ve used. They all seem really ugly and never work the way I want them to.

RoundCube on the other hand finally provides a system that looks great and works really well. It is really quick and easy to install. Go and get it.
